As a mom of three kids and a wife of a highly sought-after home remodeler, I can tell you that our life wouldn’t feel as calm as it does without the many disciplines I’ve had to enact over the years. I also know how to handle them better than I did before (I’m a total “let’s freak-out” when I get overwhelmed type of girl…).
